Bragg Gaming Group is on the verge of completing its purchase of Spin Games, having received all the required clearances from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The transaction is anticipated to be finalized in the early months of 2022.

This represents a major stride towards Bragg Gaming’s aspirations in the US market. The Canadian firm had previously disclosed a binding agreement to acquire the US-based iGaming content and technology supplier earlier this year.

Leveraging Spin Games’ existing partnerships with prominent US iGaming operators and its capable management team, led by founder and CEO Kent Young, Bragg forecasts a substantial enlargement of their potential market reach. They project to achieve over $18 billion by the close of 2022.

Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg Gaming’s Chief Strategy Officer, conveyed his enthusiasm about the company’s outlook in the US, noting that the acquisition signifies a considerable advancement in their content revenue generation and market expansion strategies. He is confident that Spin’s established foothold and seasoned leadership will be pivotal in propelling their growth within the flourishing US iGaming sector.

Kent Young shared this sentiment, adding that the Spin Games team is eager to join forces with Bragg and contribute to their growth trajectory.

Everything is progressing smoothly with the merger, and we’re prepared to launch immediately once the agreement is finalized.”

Bragg also provided an update on their endeavors in the Netherlands market, where they’ve captured a substantial double-digit portion of the market. They are currently powering the platform for two iGaming companies and supplying content for two others, with anticipations of making even greater strides there in the next year.
