A premier esports data organization, Bayes Esports, has bolstered its leadership group with two key appointments. Christopher Bohlmann assumes the role of Director of Growth & Finance, contributing over ten years of investment banking expertise from J.P. Morgan, where he focused on technology, and from his tenure as an investment lead at a private investment firm.

“My early days at J.P. Morgan coincided with the nascent stages of fintech,” remarks Bohlmann. “As a consultant, I was constantly exploring ways to proactively mold a company within a novel and dynamic market. Bayes and esports present an ideal synergy for this.” He eagerly anticipates being at the vanguard of this vibrant sector and contributing to its expansion alongside the frontrunner in esports data analysis.

André Schneider comes onboard as Senior Director of People & Operations, bringing 17 years of proficiency in human capital and organizational ethos. His career encompasses roles at prominent entities like IKEA and Red Bull, and he even extended his knowledge to the interdisciplinary teams at the Sochi 2014 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Bohlmann and Schneider integrate into an experienced management team that includes Susanne Ardisson, Head of Strategic Communications, and Axel Fromberg, Senior Director of Sales.

Bwins Chief Executive, Martin Dachselt, shared his enthusiasm regarding the firm’s latest proclamation outlining their expansion strategy for the United States market and the imminent debut of a novel odds dissemination system. He stressed that Bwin has cultivated a robust executive team to bolster these ambitious objectives. Dachselt particularly embraced the inclusion of Susanne and Axel, underscoring their proficiency and background, while also recognizing the innovative viewpoints that Andre and Christopher contribute to the group.
