Gamomat Distribution GmbH has appointed Andreas Kaufmann as their latest Managing Director. Kaufmann possesses extensive experience in the gaming sector, having been involved in both the provider and operator aspects of internet casinos. His background includes entrepreneurship and high-ranking roles within the iGaming industry. Gamomat, renowned for its slot games, emphasized Kaufmann’s history of establishing thriving enterprises, particularly within Europe.

Prior to joining Gamomat, Kaufmann served as CEO of an online casino collective. His responsibilities there centered on consolidating and advancing nearly all external software and services utilized by the group.

Dietmar Hermjohannes, Gamomat’s founder, stressed the company’s preparedness to capitalize on its remarkable expansion, indicating that Kaufmann’s appointment will be crucial in realizing their strategic objectives. He believes Kaufmann’s familiarity with both operators and providers is precisely what Gamomat requires to achieve its vision.

The company’s strategy involves Kaufmann leveraging his knowledge to bolster their current alliances and propel their growth plan.

Kaufmann conveyed his excitement, stating, “I’m delighted to join the skilled team at Gamomat Distribution and contribute to accelerating the company’s growth within key regulated markets. My objective is to broaden the presence of Gamomat’s exceptional game portfolio throughout the gaming sphere.”

Gamomat, a digital game creator headquartered in Germany, has launched more than 150 slot titles for both real-currency and social gaming platforms. These offerings are accessible across 35 nations and localized into 27 languages.

A new national gaming regulatory body in Germany, the Unified Gaming Commission of the Federal States (GGL), is adopting a strict stance against unauthorized gaming providers. In the previous week, the GGL directed multiple internet service providers to restrict access to web domains associated with the Lottoland Group. This action follows two regulatory actions initiated in July concerning Lottoland offerings that the GGL deemed unlawful. The GGL asserts it is “strengthening regulatory enforcement” and has already issued comparable blocking directives to three other ISPs.
