Codere Online Restructures its Governing Body
The digital gaming company Codere Online, based in Spain, has revealed a modification to its board of directors. Alejandro Rodino, a member since Codere’s union with DD3 Acquisition Corp. in November 2022, has resigned.
Taking his place is Borja Fernández, a seasoned leader with more than 17 years of experience on numerous boards across diverse industries. Fernández possesses extensive knowledge in private equity, structured finance, and capital markets, having also held the position of CFO for multiple firms. Presently, he heads the private equity and corporate investment banking departments at Ahorro Corporación Financiera in Madrid.
Rodino’s exit coincides with his assumption of a broader responsibility within the Codere Group as Co-CEO. The organization expressed appreciation for his “significant contributions” during his time on the board.
Coderes online platform, a subsidiary of the well-established gaming enterprise Codere Group, is delighted to declare the addition of Mr. Fernandez to their governing body. Established in 2014, Codere’s digital presence boasts a significant footprint in numerous regulated territories, encompassing Spain, Italy, and Latin American nations such as Mexico, Colombia, Panama, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
