Affinity Interactive has designated seasoned gaming and leisure veteran, Scott Butera, as its new Chief Executive Officer. Butera contributes over thirty years of expertise to the position, having formerly acted as the director of Affinity’s Sports Information Group.
His remarkable background encompasses executive roles at prominent industry entities such as MGM Resorts International, the Arena Football League, and Trump Entertainment. Butera’s demonstrated history of propelling expansion and creativity, particularly within the sports and internet gaming domains, renders him a perfect match for Affinity.
James J. Zenni Jr., Chairman of Affinity Interactive and CEO of ZCG, conveyed certainty in Butera’s capacity to guide the company through its subsequent stage of growth. He underscored Butera’s prosperous term at Sports Information Group, where he spearheaded the creation of novel products and substantially elevated digital revenue for the Daily Racing Form.
Zenni stressed that Butera’s operational proficiency and profound comprehension of the gaming and leisure panorama will be crucial in augmenting Affinity’s offerings and providing outstanding encounters to its nearly one million patrons across diverse platforms.
